Once a concept is prepared, a preliminary costing is then possible shortly after the client’s first contact.

Those clients who already have their home plans designed either by an architect or building designer are equally welcomed. Adding to the already showcased homes designed by John, are a number of outstanding architect designed homes, constructed by John’s expert team of professional tradespersons.
